If Joanna Gaines, Rachel Ray and Oprah Winfrey had a baby, and raised her in the Sea Islands of South Carolina, then she'd be me.
After a fulfilling careers working with government and nonprofit organizations, I decided to pursue my passion for cooking and become a chef. I love having the opportunity to share Gullah-Geechee culture through food.
I love elegant southern style, but will usually opt for relaxed and casual. I'll drink wine or whiskey, and brunch is my favorite meal of the day.
I'm the kind of millennial your grandma would love. Southern born and bred, I make home-cooked meals from scratch on weekends, but with a the busy schedule of a burgeoning entrepreneur, I can get dinner on the table in 30 minutes or less.
