Catering Questions
Here, you'll find answers to some of the most common about our catering services. Whether you're planning a small gathering a large event, we're here to help make your experience seamless and enjoyable. If you have any additional questions feel free to reach out us!
Do you have a minimum guest count for catering? Yes. We have a catering minimum of 20 guests.
What if we don't meet the catering minimum? For functions that don't meet the meet the minimum guest count will be billed for the minimum guest count or a Private Dining Fee of $500 whichever is less.
Do you supply plates, cups, cutlery and napkins? Yes, the cost of disposable plates, cups, cutlery and napkins are included with all our catering packages. You can upgrade to compostable bamboo, or porcelain, glass and silverware for an additional charge.
Cooking Class Questions

Where are the cooking classes held? Our classroom is located at 505 Folly Road, Charleston SC 29412.
How long do the cooking classes last? Most classes last about 2 hours (unless noted on the class description page). That's 90 minutes of instruction time and 30 minutes to sit down, eat and enjoy your hard work.
Exactly what dishes will we be making? You can view each class description for more information on the types of dishes we'll prepare. Exact menus for each class are finalized after each class is full or after the registration window closes (36hrs before the scheduled class time). That allows are chef instructors to look at each guest's registration form and select dishes that will accommodate each guests allergies and aversions.
Can you accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions? We try our best to accommodate all dietary restrictions and allergies, within reason. If you have a gluten or dairy aversion we would NOT recommend taking our traditional Biscuit making or Baking classes. Similarly if you do not eat pork, or dairy we would not recommend taking our Charcuterie 101 class.
How many people can come per class? Classes held at our location are capped at 12 guests. Classes hosted at one of our partnering venues are capped at 30.
Are kids welcome in your cooking classes? Our standard classes are designed for guests ages 15 or older unless otherwise noted in the class description. Any guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
